Soo Jin Goh
Co-Founder, CEO and Partner
Soo Jin is a co-founder of PrimeMovers Equity with deep experience in investment execution, portfolio management, and institutional transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia.
Her expertise spans sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and post-investment value creation, with particular strength in institutionalising portfolio companies for long-term regional growth.

Randy Teo
Co-Founder and Partner
Randy is a founding member of PrimeMovers Equity with extensive experience in private equity investing and operational transformation across Southeast Asia. He served as co-head of the Platinum Equity team in Singapore from its establishment in 2013.
His investment philosophy is rooted in operational engagement, working closely alongside management teams to identify and execute on structural improvements that deliver durable, long-term returns.

Co-Founder, CEO and Partner
Soo Jin is a co-founder of PrimeMovers Equity with deep experience in investment execution, portfolio management, and institutional transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia.
Randy Teo
Co-Founder and Partner
Randy is a founding member of PrimeMovers Equity with extensive experience in private equity investing and operational transformation across Southeast Asia. He served as co-head of the Platinum Equity team in Singapore from its establishment in 2013.
Kevin Fernando
Managing Director
Kevin is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience leading global businesses through transformation, scaling, and value creation. He has successfully built and managed enterprises with revenues ranging from US$500m to US$1.1B across Asia, Europe and the Americas, delivering double digit growth and strategic value enhancement.
Education: Kevin holds doctoral degrees in Business Administration majoring in Strategy, Global Operations and Digital Transformation. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and the Institute of Public Accountants (Australia) and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. His executive education includes programs from Wharton, Tuck, NTU and Thunderbird.

Jovi Zalamea
Managing Director
Jovi spent 25 years at Goldman Sachs across its New York, Hong Kong and Singapore offices. He brings broad experience in investment banking advisory, structuring and financial risk management. Most recently, Jovi served as Goldman Sachs' country head for Philippines and Vietnam, advising on financing and M&A transactions and building relationships with top corporations and institutions.
Education: Jovi received his MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and BA in Economics and Mathematics (magna cum laude) from the University of the Philippines.

Teck Siew Ee
Director of Value Creation
Teck Siew has more than 20 years' experience managing financial operations and transformation of public companies and private equity owned portfolio companies. He worked closely with Randy and Soo Jin since 2010 at Infastech, and in 2015 joined Ying Shing as CFO, where he was instrumental in the subsequent acquisition and merger of Fischer Tech.
Education: Teck Siew is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor in Accountancy and an Executive MBA, both from Nanyang Technological University.

Howard Abe
Operating Partner
Howard brings more than 30 years of global experience in management consulting, organizational transformation, and operations leadership. A former Partner at Kearney, he supported over 100 client projects in strategy, manufacturing, and supply chain across multiple industries. He is also the Founder and CEO of Integrity Hub, an organizational change platform adopted by leading coaching organizations.
Education: Howard holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania as well as a Certificate in Theology and Pastoral Studies from the University of Oxford.

Donald Chan
Operating Partner
Donald has more than 20 years' experience across non-profit, private and public sectors. He was formerly the Managing Director Asia Pacific for CDP, where he established the Asia Pacific office for the global environmental disclosure system. Prior to that, Donald was an operating partner at Temasek Holdings, where he set up and operationalised new platforms, ventures and financial vehicles.
Education: Donald has an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from University of Sydney.

Chris Huang
Analyst
Chris joined PrimeMovers Equity with investment banking experience from BDA Partners, where he focused on mid-market M&A transactions across Southeast Asia.
Education: Chris holds a Master's in Management from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Economics in Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Liz Teo
Corporate Services Manager
Liz manages all corporate services and administrative functions at PrimeMovers Equity. She supports the day-to-day operations of the investment team and oversees key back-office processes, ensuring a structured and efficient operational environment across the firm.

Dr. Freddy Teo
Founder, Bone Marrow & Stem Cell Transplant Service, NUH
Dr. Freddy Teo is a pioneering medical figure who founded the Bone Marrow and Peripheral Stem Cell Transplant Service at NUH and was a founding member of Parkway Cancer Centre and TalkMed. He is also co-founder of StemCord, StemMed and CellVec, bringing a distinguished track record of building and scaling institutional medical ventures.
Peter Tan
Founder & Former CEO, Fisher-Tech
Peter founded Fisher-Tech and served as its CEO before the company was acquired by Platinum Equity. He brings firsthand experience as a founder navigating a private equity acquisition and operational transformation, making him a valued advisor on deal structuring and post-acquisition integration.
Willy Koh
Founder & CEO, Racer Medical
Willy is the Founder and CEO of Racer Medical, a medical device company. He brings deep entrepreneurial and operational experience in building and scaling businesses in the healthcare sector, with a focus on product innovation and commercial growth in Asian markets.
