The founders of PrimeMovers Equity have worked together since 2010, having previously served as co-heads of the Platinum Equity team in Singapore following its establishment in 2013.

Randy is a founding member of PrimeMovers Equity with extensive experience in private equity investing and operational transformation across Southeast Asia. He served as co-head of the Platinum Equity team in Singapore from its establishment in 2013.
His investment philosophy is rooted in operational engagement, working closely alongside management teams to identify and execute on structural improvements that deliver durable, long-term returns.
